Navarathri Pooja was performed from 2 to 11 October at Ambalavattam Temple. Pooja timings were 6:00 to 9:00 am and 5:30 to 7:30 pm.
A notable feature of this year’s pooja was that a separate mandapam was set up by the sreekovil.
Beautiful decorations were done outside as well as inside the temple.

Some family members were not able to attend the ceremonies since many of them had travelled to Thalassery for Ashtabanda Kalasha Pooja last month. The number of devotees picked up in the last two days.

In one photograph saw picture of poojari with a longish beard. Is he the new poojari or the old one . Just a matter of interest.
This is a new Poojari who was engaged for the Navaratri Pooja so that pooja could start at 6:00 in the mornings.
